If money is not a problem to you then I think you won't have any problems finding a hotel to your liking. There are lots of Hotels and Inns in Singapore from the cheapest to the fanciest. But to those who are on a tight budget, I suggest you try looking for transient rooms. There are quite a few, mostly filipinos who rent out rooms for a short period of time (1 - 3 months) or until you find a job and you decide to stay with them permanently. Another option is to share a room with someone most probably with a friend who is already in Singapore. You can bunk in for a few weeks or so just until you find a job. This would save you alot of money. But if you can find a friend who can offer you a "Stay now, Pay later" scheme then it would be much better.
